I’m learning about sleep hacking for quite some while, so I didn’t use specific sources for this post, it’s a combination of the knowledge I gathered from various sources for the past two years but one book I can highly recommend is Sleep Smarter: 21 Essential Strategies to Sleep Your Way to a Better Body, Better Health, and Bigger Success — this one summarized the science but also applicable advice on how to sleep better.
