Hi Arun! :) Unfortunately you're right haha - it's really a bit tricky and in my experience, the most effective way to use this knowledge is through digital tools. My smartwatch for instance can wake me up exactly when I'm in a light sleep phase. I know that this is quite hard to implement without the use of such tools but I believe that being aware of these cycles is kind of the first step to improving and most importantly to understanding why we sometimes feel so tired right after waking up.
