I am not a fan of sleeping less to be more productive because sleep is really important. However, doing all these things doesn’t need to take much time! :)
Let’s take hydration, for example: drinking enough water doesn’t really take extra time, probably one minute, right?
Same with scraping your tongue.
Plus, what many people believe is that they need to do all these things to have a happy and successful life, but that’s not true, you can just do whatever feels best to you, no matter if it’s 5 or 50 minutes :)
