Good point. I can speak for myself: I am much more proudctive when I sleep about 6 hours than 8. Probably because my motivation is higher in those days and being productive pushes me to do more and sleep less. But I am 21 years old, that might also change according to age ;) In fact, I realized that for me, it is not the amount of sleep but the quality of it which makes me feel better.
